i been having issues with breathing for about a week i know not laying properly while sleeping can cause lots of discomfort. so i been propping myself up witch dont seem to help any. my heart be pounding or feels like its becoming to rapid witch makes me panic. i went to the emergency room my heart was a lil elevated so they did tests to rule out seriously fatal respiratory issues. came back with diagnosing me with Gestational Dyspnea(shortness of breathe) has anybody went threw or currently going threw this im 29 weeks pregnant. he told me to follow up with my OBGYN asap. i havent been getting proper sleep with this issue i just want some relief. it put me in tears sometimes cause i really have no control over this & theres not much i can do but i will update after i make appointment with OBGYN asap. would love feed back thanks.
