5 days postpartum; Postpartum girdle?

Excuse my hospital underwear lol. I can’t wait to fully heal and get back to prepreggo body. Has anybody ever or is using a girdle to help their uterus and belly shrink back down to size? If so did it work for you? Thank you in advance!

Congrats Mama! 
IMO, don’t bother. This was 6/7 months postpartum/csection. Just put a little work in, and your core and pelvic floor will thank you more than if you were to use a girdle.

I didn't use one, found it super uncomfortable when I tried it on. Honestly, I just really focused on healthy eating and light workouts when my daughter was sleeping and I'm pretty much back to prebaby weight
