Could be possibly pregnant

So I have been super confused on whether I’m pregnant or not because I don’t show on urine nor blood test. The thing is on September 29 ( 8 days late) I felt this pinching sensation within my uterus and started bleeding thinking it was my cycle but it ended less than 24 hours later I realized that I was spotting which lasted nearly two weeks long the next day after the spotting stop i became sick and started throwing up fluids in which I’m still doing today 3 weeks later.

Have anybody experienced this? If so were you actually pregnant or miscarried?
