First ultrasound

Tomorrow I have my first ultrasound, we transferred 2 almost perfect embryos in October. My first beta was 59, second was 129.9 and the third was 1600. It’s been 2 weeks since my third beta and the progesterone suppositories have been making me bleed (lightly with no clots or cramps) so I’m hopeful there will still be a baby or 2 tomorrow. I’m still so scared... the last 2 days I’ve had some constipation and my uterus is aching all the time (I’m hoping it’s just the stretching/round ligament pain) I think if I weren’t pregnant anymore that these new symptoms wouldn’t be showing up. I really hope we get good news tomorrow 🙏🙏🙏🤞🤞🤞
