Pediatrician gave wrong vaccine?

My daughter's pediatrician gave my daughter the same set of shots at 2 months and 4 months. One of the vaccine was called Pediarix, which contain Hep B, dTap, and IPV. The doctor never gave us any vaccine record booklet to keep track but when I looked up the schedule online, you are not suppose to get Hep B at 4 months. We are going back next week for her 6 months shot and I remember she said it will be the same set of shots again. Did your baby get Hep B shot at 4 months?

According to our schedule, our daughters vaccines are all the same at 2, 4 and 6 months. It’s 3 rounds of each vaccine. Also, you should have a copy of your vaccination schedule and your doctor should be showing you every single vaccine they use at the appointment so you can see for yourself that they’re using the correct ones and that they’re not expired.
