4 weeks pregnant coffee?

I usually drink 2 cups of coffee a day. I found out yesterday morning I'm 4 weeks and a few days pregnant. (so excited. thank you Lord!!!!). I drank ZERO caffeine yesterday and I really want a small cup of coffee. thoughts?

Same as what these ladies are saying. The doc will probably say one cup of caffeinated is fine. Maybe just switch to decaf after the first. And also drink more water so you stay hydrated. Basically, being pregnant you need to drink allllll the water to stay healthy and have an easier labor. That’s what I’m told. As I’m on the toilet peeing for the third time in like 2 hours. 😂😂

You can have up to 200 mg of caffeine a day during pregnancy which is about 2 regular 8 oz cups of coffee. I started out still having my regular coffee but my tastes turned in my 1st trimester and coffee started to taste sour so I stopped drinking it until I was well into my 2nd trimester and then it tasted fine again.
