Help!!

need opinions please. I was recently diagnosed with pcos and just came off birth control for the last 6 years. I never had af while on the bc so when I got off and had af consistently every month I was releaved. haven't missed one since May when I got off and now I'm 2 days late. has anyone with pcos ever had this happen? really hopeful that there is a reason I am late but scared this may just be a symptom of the pcos. any help would be appreciated!
