Butthole pain on Clomid ??????

Hi I been trying to conceive for about 10 months my doctor put be on Clomid 100mg day 5-9 I took it before bed . Everything was fine no symptoms UNTIL Ovulation I was in so much pain sex hurt walking hurt TMI but even my butthole hurt it was horrible but I fought threw it and did the baby dance with pain because I didint wanna miss my chance now I’m 9 dpo and I’m still feeling cramps bad and pressure when I bare down or cough . I went back to the doctor yesterday he said not to take Clomid anymore and that i feel swollen and I need to wait to see if I’m pregnant . But I don’t think this is normal? I don’t think these are implantation cramps any one have any advice please :)
