Braxton Hicks

This pregnancy has been soooo different than the rest (have 3 boys first girl due 2/3) all pregnancies are unique in their own way but this pregnancy is not even similar to the other 3 in any other way. These Braxton Hicks are killing me, they feel literally like the beginning of labor mind you I have done all natural with all three even when I was induced and these Braxton Hicks are kicking my butt. Is it just because this is pregnancy 4? Or is it that my body is preparing to go early??
