Can contractions make you feel like you’re about to pee yourself?

I think I may be having actual contractions & every time I get one I feel like I’m about ready to pee myself! Are these actual contractions or BH?

Youll know if theyre bh or real because if theyre real theyll gradually get stronger as each day goes by. if not its bhs.

When I have BH it squeezes my bladder, BAD. Like, might not make it to the bathroom bad. Real contractions feel the same as BH, they just get stronger and closer together, whereas BH are random and usually stop when you change positions or rest. If you're worried they're real contractions, drink a glass of water and lay down for an hour - if they stop they're BH, if they keep coming after an hour they might be real deal.

This is exactly how my contractions felt in the beginning. I was running to the bathroom to pee like every 10 minutes and was so confused. Eventually, as they continued, they turned into more painful contracting.
