Implantation bleeding , 2 days later followed by period??

Has this ever happened to anyone ?? What the hell does it mean??

So I had an IB about 2 days before af. AND NO I NEVER SPOT BEFORE AF!. It was light pink/brownish (TMI) for like a couple hours and then nothing . The following day , still nothing . Then the second day af shows up like fuck!! My af is always regular and it's a full 7 day. But this time it was only about 4 to 5 days . And a neg pregnancy test. Throughout that week I had major heartburn , sore boobs, fou like symptoms and fatigue. So I was 100% convinced that it was my month . Hubby and I were so disappointed 😭😭. Just wondering if this has ever happened to you and shockingly ended preggers??
