Please help 😰😢😢😢

So for the past week, I’ve had this horrible pain around my clit and the area between my vagina and my a-hole. I’ve tried creams for rash, meds for yeast and have no effect. 😥😥 Now I feel something similar to a pimple but it’s just so painful that I can’t sit right nor wipe after I pee. Help any advice on what could help the pain. My car messed up so I haven’t been able to go to the dr.
