This irritates me...
I have associates who would go through phones, social media accounts, look at receipts, among other obsessed, sneaky shit. Only to throw tantrum, then stay with the bastard and turn around and call their friends haters for not supporting their twisted, unhealthy relationship. I say, "Keep others out of your messy business and stop craving sympathy and attention!"
