light headed!

I'm at work, I was feeling fine until suddenly I felt really sick so I went into the bathroom and I ended up puking. I went back to working and all of a sudden I got really light headed and my ears started ringing. I was also really hot(it's freezing in my work). I had to sit down on the floor I almost passed out. What caused this? Should I ask to leave work early? I'm 14 weeks 2 days.
