eating right?!?!
I am currently 11 1/2 weeks along. I've been reading about what to eat during pregnancy and I'm at a loss. I got the whole "what not to eat" down. I grew up in an unhealthy household, and kept those habits throughout my adult years. I'm freaking out because I legit do not like about 85% of the foods that are suggested and i normally eat super small portions (a toddler probably consumes more at a sitting than i do). I hope I don't sound like a child right now, but it's so hard....and all I crave is the unhealthy stuff. sweets are the devil lol. I take my prenatal and folic everyday. looking for any advice or pointers from my fellow mama's.
