Everything stracked against us!

SO my fiance and I are ttc. I'm 28 he's 52. We are so incredibly in love! I have NEVER felt this way about someone! He tells me the same. He's been married and has said he's never give a women his heart before but that i completely have it. I have 2 kids and he has 3. His are are adults. Mine are 8 and 9. He's also been diagnosed with cancer which has absolutely deviated us. No chemo. we're going the natural route. To top it all off he's "fixed". Although he's not sure if it took because he never went back for a sperm count and had a baby since then. my period is now 5 days late but took a pt and its negative. 😩 We both broke down which showed us how strongly we both felt about it. we need this miracle baby! he was a single dad and is amazing with kids! any advice or good vibes would be amazing!
