So I recently got the Mirena IUD inserted...

And I’ve just been paranoid as to how easily it can slip out. Like, if I have a bowel movement and I push too hard could it come out? Would I be able to feel it? Am I just being paranoid and irrational? Idk why but I’ve been focusing super hard on it.

Any input would be greatly appreciated!
