Fight with my boyfriend

Hey ladies, i need your help.

About a month and a half ago i started to date this guy. He’s amazing, down to earth, and has many other good qualities. Yesterday when i was over his place, he was looking through my phone. He found a guy who i used to talk to romantically, but now we are friends. And we’ve been fighting about it ever since yesterday morning. The last relationship he was in, the girl cheated on him.

So, I went ahead and deleted the remained of my guy friends from my phone. I’m not sure what else to do for this fight to end, or if i made the right decision by doing what i did. This is our first fight, and it’s making me super anxious. Thank you...
