Dress Preservation

I’m having the hardest time finding a place to get my dress preserved. I live in Wisconsin and bought my designer dress from a bridal shop. I want to make sure the place does a great job of course. I am thinking between David’s bridal (I didn’t order my dress through them) or wedding gown dress preservation kit (based in New York but offers a mail in option). Have any of you women used either company? If so, can you please tell me your experiences?
