Powerlifting while pregnant
I’m not sure if there is already a post about this topic, but I’m all ears for women who have been/are pregnant and continued to powerlift. I’ve been powerlifting going on 2 years and I plan to be pregnant soon. I was wondering if anyone could give me tips and how much they lifted while pregnant.
My current PR’s
Bench: 135 lbs
Squats: 235
Deadlift: 235.
