Stage 4 endo ladies???

Question

For women with stage 4 endometriosis, how long were you ttc before conceiving? Did you conceive naturally or did you have help? What did you do/use to help conceive?

I have had quite a few chemical pregnancies but have not had a pregnancy last more than 5 weeks... TTC cycle 14 now

I have had 2 laparoscopic surgeries. First surgery I was stage 4, and about 13 years old. Second surgery I was stage 2 and I was 16 at the time. Doctors said that I would probably have a hard time conceiving. I got married when I was 25 and felt like the endo was coming back so we decided to try for a baby as birth can help with the endo, along with us feeling ready to have a baby. I had a consultation with my obgyn and the first month of trying, I got pregnant!

I'm currently on my 3rd cycle of ttc now. 
I conceived in only two cycles last year but my son was stillborn at 31 weeks 6 days 😔 
I have been getting sick and bad pain during ovulation now which is awful when trying to conceive. 
after this month I'll be going in to talk about fertility help and surgery. 
We're trying pre seed and have both started working out together and eating better so we're hoping this will be our month and we won't need assistance

I know this is an old post but I wanted to check in to see if you had any success? I’m stage 4, had surgery last March with a 9cm endometrioma and so much damage they had to remove 1 tube and ovary. We TTC for 6mo on our own, then 3IUIs until they found a 6cm endometrioma on my only ovary left. I just had surgery to have it drained and next month we’re doing IVF. I live in RI so luckily insurance covers some of it. I’m very nervous to go through IVF it sounds like it really takes a toll on you mentally and physically (like us endo ladies don’t have enough of that already!) 
I’m losing hope and really looking for some success stories. I feel Drs don’t givr you much information about others in the same boat and if they were successful.

If any of you live in MA - most insurance have some type of coverage for fertility. I think other states may have some sort of coverage but I'm not sure. Worth looking in to.

Sometimes it takes a while for your body to heal from surgery but it never hurts to get a second opinion and talk to someone.

Trigger warning--!!

I'm trying again for baby #2 and no success  this first month (still waiting for AF tho!). I was away visiting family when I was ovulating and we BD'd near the end of my ovulation but I think we were too late. I'm hoping it wasn't a fluke that I conceived so fast the first time.

I had stage 4 endo, and a laparoscopy in April 2016. My husband and I got married this last February and have been TTC since, with no luck yet. We wanted to start trying within the one year of my surgery, and while we did start, it’s well past that at this point. I don’t have a positive story to tel here, but just wanted to share where I’m at now with a similar diagnosis! I have an apt scheduled with a reproductive endocrinologist for February, which will be one year TTC... we’ll see how the next two months go though :) I have been pain-free since my surgery, which has been a huge blessing! Makes this waiting a little more OK in my mind ;)
