Need advice or opinions!

At the risk of sounding like a crazy lady I need some insight to what could be going on with me. I had a period on October 1st which was normal 7 day pretty heavy. I'm sure I ovulated around the 10th based on how my cycle is. I ttc that week. Ever since I have had cramps in my pelvis pretty consistently along with nausea, head aches, sore breasts, exhaustion, you name it. I ended up being a week late for my next period. Started light bleeding on Oct 30 and it only lasted 2 days. Neither of those things has ever happened before. I'm still cramping, and now even feel a stretching and sometimes stabbing pain in my lower abdomen. Negative urine, blood, and even ultrasound, though I'm feeling very crappy and confused. They've ruled out everything under the sun and have no idea why I am having these odd symptoms. Anyone have similar experience?
