That’s crazy cuz i had the same thing. I think it’s a pimple I’m not sure 🤔 cuz i popped mine (gave no fucks)

Ingrown hair or possible sweat gland? id be weary of popping it due to infection. Perfect spot for bacteria to thrive in. If you do id make sure your hands (and what ever you use to pop it) are clean. Warm/wet rag compresses might help it pop on its own over time if it is a clogged sweat gland. Doesn't look anything worrisome but id keep and eye on it. best wishes!
