Guys I really need advise

I had sex for the first time last week, it wasn't for long, we used protection and he didn't cum inside me. We did it again this Friday twice, and again we used a condom and he pulled out. Both times I bled a little but on Saturday I kept bleeding like I was on my period, but it was bright red and I'm still bleeding pretty heavily right now (Monday) and I've been cramping. Is this normal for everyone after they lose their virginity? Any advise is reallyyy helpful. Oh and I got this app to help me keep track of my period but my last one was about a month ago
