New 3 cycle on femara

I am Jessi TTC #1 26 I have been trying this time for over a year but haven't been on birth control for years my obgyn says I am going all my blood work and ultrasound was good no pcos or anything like that no miscarriage but he said that I don't ovulate every month on my on so he gave me femara done 3 cycles on 5 mg cd3-7 and if I don't get a bfp this month which my AF is in 2 days he up me to 7 mg I have also been taken prenatal and 81 mg aspirin and next cycle I am going to add pressed no monitoring or trigger just ovulation testing and baby dance every other day cd 10-20
