How do you keep your baby warm at night?

My baby's skin feels so cold at night. He sleeps in fleece footed PJ's & his skin still feels cold. 
What do you do to keep your baby warm at night?

I find this pic handy. I live in the highlands of Scotland UK and it gets REALLY cold through the night. Unfortunately I haven’t come across any 3 tog sleep bags as they would probably be best for here but he uses 2.5 every night, fleece footed sleep suit and long sleeve vest. His hands always get cold but it doesn’t seem to wake him.

We use a footed sleeper and put him in a sleep sack (1 TOG) We also have a portable heater in his room and keep the temp between 73-75 Fahrenheit (22-23 Celsius) as we turn the heat down in the house for the night. I found once we found the right temp in the room for him he sleeps much better as well. Not too hot not too cold but just right.

he wears a onesie under a sleeper. OR just a fleece sleeper. or a long sleeve pj top/pants set and socks  . and heat is set at around 68°-70°

My baby was waking up a lot even in a footed sleeper and thick sleep sack so we put a small space heater in the nursery and she’s been sleeping much better. Yes it’s on the floor, yes it turns off when it rips over, yes it turns off once it reaches a certain temp in the room. She went from 4 wake ups to 1.

we are coming into summer but in winter I did singlet & thermals or merino    onsies  with woolen socks & a sleeping bag  2.0 tog

When it's cold my daughter wears fleece pajamas and a fleece sleep sack. That's usually enough but sometimes I add socks or a onesie if it's suppose to be really cold, her little hands and feet are always chilly.
