Tips for moving to new house?

We're moving this weekend into a house from an apartment. I want the transition to go as smoothly as possible for my son. We'll eventually have to send him to a daycare closer to the new house, but for now I'm keeping where he is for some consistency, and he LOVES it there. 
Beyond that, I'm not sure what else we should do to make sure he has as easy time as possible.  Anyone else done this recently?

we did.  it sucked.  its just a huge transition and so it's s bit stressful. lucky my lo loved having all the new space to play in and we had my sister there to help so i got to spend what time i needed to with him so it made it a little easier. but it's still a huge change

We just moved to a bigger place and our LO (was 11 mths) loved it! She slept the night, which was a first, and loves having run of the place. For moving, we set up our Summer Infant playpen with toys and she hung out there. Also first set up high chair for meals. It wasn’t as bad as I️ thought it would be! Just be prepared with easy access to things you will need immediately. Good luck!
