Borderline/Low Amniotic Fluid Index
I went in for an 18 weeks 5 days ultrasound and my fluid measured 8.7 cm. The doctor told me to increase my water intake, but I’ve already been drinking 80-90 oz of water everyday. I was wondering if anyone else is measuring low and if water intake really helps. I’m increasing my water to 100+ oz per day, but I’m so small, it seems extreme. I hope it helps! Any tips?
