Haven’t Experienced an Orgasm 😕

I’m in my twenties and I’ve had multiple sexual partners since I started being sexually active but I’ve never seemed to be able to cum.. Guys have tried and tried..and tried and I just can’t do it. I even use a vibrator sometimes on myself and I get to a point where it feels like I might cum soon but then I instantly get turned off and feel guilty in a way. Is there something wrong with me that I’m not able to let myself get to that point even if it’s with someone I trust?
