Ugh I'm really craving a tuna sub! Idk why but just am! I haven't had tuna in like 6 months. Will one sub hurt the baby? I don't even remember if I ate tuna at all in my first pregnancy.

I'd make the tuna salad yourself rather than get subway or something to eliminate the listeria concern. Otherwise one serving of tuna is fine.
