Bad reaction to vaccine?

Has anybody had a bad reaction to the TDaP vaccination before? I got the shot on Friday and started coming down with a cold Saturday night. Now on Wednesday it's become a full out flu. I haven't been sick for over 2 years, cold or flu, until I took this vaccination. I'm nearly 30 weeks pregnant and was told by my doctor to avoid any medications but if I really need to, to take anything without DM. Any suggestions for what would be best? I'm worried that being sick alone is gonna hurt my baby girl.
