2 uteruses?

*** I know babies are in sacs and I know that the white thick tissue around my sac is my uterus. My doctor is saying I have possibly 2 pregnancies in 2 different uteruses**** went to the ob for my first ultrasound today. I found out I am 6 weeks and a few days. During the ultrasound my doctor was telling me that my ultrasound was reflecting and that's why it looks like I had 2 uteruses but we couldn't see anything in the other one. She came back in and told me that I am going to have to come back and get another ultrasound done at the end of the month to look at that again. If I do have 2 of them then I will either be having twins or it was a reflection of sound waves. I could be high risk if I do have two. The baby in the picture is in the left uterus. Tell me what you think mommas!!
