Pregnant and Endo

Hi ladies, I suffer from Endo and am pretty much in pain constantly. I’ve been in horrible pain (usual endo pain) since Sunday and found out I’m pregnant today. Doctor said too soon for scan as only 4weeks pregnant. Anyone here pregnant and suffer from endo? Would like to know if these strong endo pains at week 4 is normal? Also is there extra risks of pregnancy with endo? My doctor doesn’t have much experience with endo and not very helpful :( thanks in advance x
