Fertilaid messed up my cycles. Any advice?

Okay so I read so many good reviews on fertilaid when TTC so I ordered them and started taking them. I took them for about 3 weeks. Instead of getting me pregnant, it made my period 9 days late & made me think I was pregnant. So I haven’t taken them since but this cycle again, my period is 8 days late and still no sign of AF. I’ve taken plenty of pregnancy tests & they are all negative so that is not the case. So after further research I’ve found women saying it has also messed up their cycles. What can I do to make my cycles regular again? Or any advice at all would be helpful. I just want a baby 😭
