I don't get aroused

I am 23 and have never had sex, and I'm starting to become sexually active and have been doing things other than sex in the past few weeks.

I get wet pretty easily but I don't really feel it in my body - getting aroused, feeling desire, giving up control. I don't know what I'm supposed to be feeling but I feel nothing when he touches me.

What's going on? I've looked into asexuality and I don't think that's it. Am I just having a hard time getting started? How have you jump started or rekindled desire in your own relationships?
