Coke!!! Can I drink it?

I'm 11.3 weeks pregnant and I'm craving coke! Is it safe to drink or will it higher the risk??

Yes I’ve had a can of Dr Pepper a day. I don’t even like it. My baby does 😂

It's definitely not good for you but I don't think it will cause noticeable harm to either of you.  I crave soda a lot but I try to avoid it because of the sugar mostly.

i drink 1-2 caffeine free pepsis a day. just dont drink diet unless you are a diabetic.

It's safe to drink in moderation. Doctors normally suggest no more than one cup of coffee or anything caffeine a day. Of corse one extra won't hurt. Personally I cut it out completely. You can buy caffeine free coke and it tastes the exact same!
