Face breakout

My face has been breaking out for about a week with blackheads and I never get them on my face ever this is the first month I’ve had my face breakout a lot. I’m 1 week away from my AF. But it’s been breaking out for a whole month now. Is this like a sign or something? I even got bloody nose yesterday for the first and when my grandma was pregnant with all of her boys she had bloody nose for a while. I hope these are the sign that I am pregnant if not I’m gonna be mad and upset after trying for 6 months.
