I don’t know what to do

I’m trying to not let shit get to me but my bf knows how to push my buttons. We have been going through a lot since I told him I was pregnant. One thing I can say is I’m so proud of my baby and I thank God for protecting and keeping him or her strong and alive for me. I hope that I’m able to get through my entire pregnancy with a healthy, jolly baby. Here’s some of the craziness about my day.... my new car that I just bought a week and 3 days ago was hit (the other driver ran into my vehicle and put a dent in my driver and passenger door), then I lost all of my keys except for my car key. Everyone said I had it at the accident but I couldn’t find them nowhere. I retraced my steps nothing. So now I’m going to get my locks changed and I have to buy a new mailbox key 😡🤬. More money I don’t have. Plus a whole lot of other stuff has really been bothering me.
