Ugh, I just don’t know what to do

I’m going to try and make this as short as possible.

My fiancé and I found out we were pregnant in Beginning of August . We were not TTC at that time but it was surely a happy blessing.

At the end of August, going in for what was suppose to be my first appt. Not only did I find out I was 8 weeks but my pregnancy was also eptopic. Bummer!! I know, I’m not sure how long we cried.

Doctors rules are no trying again until after your second monthly cycle. & At this point my fiancé and I are ready to give it a try. I experienced a normal period in September, October comes and goes and I have no period, no nothing! Here we are, mid month of November and no sign of her yet. I’m currently worried and concerned, but trying to see if I should wait until the 23rd when my period is suppose to start or just go to the doctor right away. Ughhhh! Seriously frustrated! ☹️

Any advice will help......
