BFN and no period 🤷🏻‍♀️

Last period was oct 8th. I have never been late before. I keep getting BFNs on my tests....Getting so discouraged. Currently on day 40 of my cycle. Anyone else in the same boat or had this happen before ? I have zero symptoms that AF is coming but I don’t have any ‘pregnancy symptoms’ either 🤷🏻‍♀️😩 We have been ttc for a year now with no luck.

Has anyone had a negative urine but positive blood hcg ? Thinking of calling my dr to have blood drawn after the weekend
