I'm having shooting pains in my pubic area... Like right where the hands are in the picture. Used heating pad last night to go to sleep but this morning I can barely move.... I mean I can just takes me a bit an it still sends shooting pains no an again... I start my fertile window tomorrow so this app says so ovulation isn't for another 5 days... I don't know what it is or what to do ...
