Should I brace myself for a bad one?

Today my af is 10 days late. Sitting at my desk I started cramping. So I went to the ladies room and when I wiped I had a small amount of light pink blood. I've never had a late period ever before and am on CD 41. Should I expect a heavy painful flow this time around? I was kind of hopeful this was our month. I was late had no signs of af and my temps have remained high above the cover line. I know I definitely ovulated late in the cycle around CD 30 or 31. I just want to go home and hide 😖 I had a cover line just yesterday it was just even with the dot for cd 29
