Stopped BC in Aug - 4 days late now
I went off birth control in August and my last period started October 13. According to my normal cycles I am now 4 days late. Haven’t tested but my lower back has been hurting for a week, I have very faint cramps, and that’s it. Could I be psyching myself out or should I go ahead and buy a test? My husband and I are trying to conceive our first.
