Barre class at 22 weeks!

Baby number three (5th pregnancy) and staying active the whole time. I had excellent natural births with both my other children and I really think part of it was staying active. I swim laps, do yoga, cardio and weights and barre classes. I highly encourage you to try and find something that works for you. You are not broken. You are strong, powerful woman who can still stay fit during this time!
