What is this??? Pregnancy??

So I took the plan b in October 10/12 and had a period on time that lasted six days. I took it when I was on the patch because I didn’t wait a full seven days after restarting the patch. Even though he withdrew I wanted to be cautious. Every time I’ve had sex in October and November I’ve been on the patch and my boyfriend has either worn a condom or withdrawn. It’s now November and my next period isn’t due in ten days. I’ve been having four days of brown spotting, some red and discharge after I had protected sex on Sunday. I’ve read that plan b can mess up your periods for a couple months. Has anyone else had this happen to them or advice on what my body is doing? My mind is telling me I’m not pregnant but my body is telling me yes bc of the symptoms.
