I️m so stupid. I’ve been taking Advil for a sore throat for the last 3 nights. One dose a night, 400mg. I️m 38 weeks. I️ was so careful when I was pregnant with my daughter I️ checked everything. This time my husband told me to just take some Advil I️t was OK- he thought the dr said I️ could take I️t, I️ don’t remember but that could’ve been early second trimester. For some reason tonight when I️ took it I️ decided to double check myself and googled it. Turns out I️t is NOT safe, especially during this trimester 😢😢😢 I️ freaked for a few minutes then made myself vomit but don’t think I️ got I️t in time bc they were liquid gels. I️ called my dr and she just said to make sure I️ stop taking I️t and that I️ was “probably” fine. I️ feel so horrible. The potential effects I’ve read are scary. Anyone else ever make this mistake and have things turn out ok?
