Horrible Mood Swings !

Does anyone have really bad PMS? I have really bad mood swings. Last night I gave my man a whole lot of attitude. I flipped the fuck out on him because he didn't tell me "BRB" before he disappeared from our convo for 8 mins and I then I realized my period came and my emotions was out of control 😐 My man is amazing to me and he handles my bitching well but sometimes he thinks I'm being ridiculous and I can control myself instead of lashing out all the time at him. I seriously don't know how to deal with the mood swings sometimes. Please tell me y'all can relate 😕
