Corticosteroids for bacterial infection?

Maja

Hey.

So I've been battling a cold for the last week now and since my nose is fotally full, it started to hurt in my synus area and my ear. I went to my general doc and he took some blood that showed I have a bacterial infection (leucocites at 15).

He gave me a nasal spray to use for five days but it's a Corticosteroid spray.

Now I'm scared to use it since I'm afraid of what it can do to the baby. At the same time I am scared of not using it and the infection spreading and hurting the baby even more. I've lost my first three pregnancies so I am totally freaked out about everything.

What do you guys think? Should I just use the spray? I'm afraid the usual natural stuff won't help since it's bacterial...
