ttc and tons of pain

my husband and I have been TTC since august. I've had false pregnancy symptoms because I was so hyped the first time we thought we were pregnant. right now my back has been hurting for a week, my abdomen is killing me, I'm getting cramps, and my temp has elevated and stayed in that range for 3 to 4 days and has just barely started to lower. I tried a pregnancy test because I couldn't remember if I tested my self for October and it was a negative. after thanks giving I'll be able to try again. is there any way if this isn't a pregnancy that this could be a medical issue? I don't want to go back to my family practice because last time I went in they have started to give me the vibe of we think she's crazy.
