I stopped bleeding at like 4 weeks I’m bleeding again like spotting light period type thing. Do you think this is my period coming back this is day 3 of it. Has gotten slightly heavier today but it’s still very light

Ive had 5 c-sections and bleeding lasting 6-9 weeks

I didn't have a c-section but after giving birth to my daughter I bled for roughly 4 weeks, whopped and then a week after stopping got my regular period again, I was breastfeeding at the time so everyone was confused, but my doctor said it was normal. Every woman's body recovers differently after pregnancy.

Could be, mine came back all 3 of my pregnancies at 8 weeks. If it stopped completely before, and now it's not just a little spotting but actual bleeding, sounds like your period.
